Hey! This is my 4 week beginners hourglass guide and has 6 detailed sessions just for getting that hourglass body. These workouts include upper body and lower body sessions I even include some ab workouts so you can have a flat stomach with a dump-truck too! These are GYM-BASED exercises and are for the people that want to get into the gym but don’t know where to start.
