So this is my personal 1 month workout plan it consists of 6 sessions (1 for each day of the week) which I repeat for 4 weeks, I stick to same exercises every week as I’ve made a lot more progress this way. This plan should be for those who are more comfortable in the gym and feel comfortable setting up equipment. These sessions (especially leg days) are intense and are for the people that really want to push themselves. Feel free to change a few things if needed I’m just showing what I would do in the gym.
