This is my 4 week advanced hourglass guide and has 6 detailed sessions just for getting that hourglass body. These workouts include upper body and lower body sessions I even include some ab workouts so you can have a flat stomach with a dump-truck too! These are GYM-BASED exercises and are for the people that are comfortable in the gym and need a little more help pushing themselves harder. You can also switch and repeat these sessions as much as you would like!
